  A horrible and unaccommodating broker service!! Let me start off by saying i have no problem with my realtor Jackie Fabrizio. She has been prompt and efficient from the beginning to end. However her broker, Amy Seek is another story. I have a property for sale/ rent for 3 months with NO offers and they want me to continue listing it for the remaining of contract, 3 more months and the house is unoccupied since we have moved. So not only are we paying mortgage on an empty house but we are also paying for another place. In the beginning the house was only listed for sale but the market was so slow i gave Jacki a chance to list it for rent so she could at least make some commission. I’ve tried on my end to work things out with them but i feel like it was all worthless in the end since they have no intention to work with me. My intention is to sell the property eventually but not right now since the market down in Ellenton is so slow. All Amy wanted was the cancellation fee and unwilling to work with me. If you want a company thats willing to compromise with owners do not go with them!!

  Jameson Realty Group of Smith & Associates and their on-site Vandyk mortgage team made our home buying dreams come true! The morning after we saw the home we loved, they had us in for a showing and a contract on it as soon as we said go. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and Chad went above and beyond, even helping us with issues with the contractor AFTER the sale. I can't say enough wonderful things about this team and company!
