  Went into this location to open a savings and checking account. Was not greeted by anyone until I was at the teller window, where three people were just standing there talking to each other. I was told by one of the three people to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes, and no other clients coming in the door I left. This was the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever witnessed at a bank. As a former employee of Chase, this location does not adhere to the customer first values the bank prides themself with. Thankfully, living in Pinellas county there are hundreds of other places I can invest my money and I will NEVER do any business with Chase again.
