- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I do not normally write reviews. I have been a client since buying our home in 2004. Today I looked up the Bourquardez phone number and saw their one one-star review, apparently from someone who is not a client. Sadly, sometimes we customers do not take time to say nice things when they are due. But we are quick to complain about some slight, perceived or otherwise. I have always received excellent service from everyone at the Bourquardez Allstate agency. They have always been prompt in answering calls, providing proof of insurance, happy to explain any matter related to insurance, happy to help in any way they can.
