- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Apartment complex itself is nice. Units are okay, nothing special but not bad either. I don't really think you can call them "luxury" anymore. I think today, luxury is stainless steal appliances, real granite counter tops and hardwood floors. My biggest issue is with the lack of notice for everything. They tell you 12 hours before if they plan to enter your apartment, giving you no time to make plans if you have a dog, and gave us less than 1 day's notice to make a decision on our lease renewal. Dated the letter 3 weeks prior to them actually giving it to us. Maintenance is great and very friendly: A+ for them.By Kasandra Michajlov, March 18, 2018
