- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Although this is a beautiful building in a great location, I cannot conduct business here. I tried to contact the front desk several times to open a new account with no answer and, when finally reaching an employee, they were quite unprofessional. The receptionist had a side conversation while on the phone, claimed to have not gotten a voicemail, and seemed incredulous that I expressed concern about missed calls with no callback.
