I wish you the best of luck if you decide to move here. The apartment complex looks nice on the outside but is not so great on the inside. My unit was poorly painted, dirty, and REEKED of cigarette smoke. When I told management about the smell, they told me the name of the carpet cleaning service they used so that I could pay to have it cleaned myself..... the manager said he couldn't confirm that the last tenant was a smoker becuase he just started a few months ago. I moved in and within 2 days the hot water heater wouldn't work. THe breaker kept blowing and even the entire unit lost power at one point becuase of this and everything in my fridge/freezer went bad (I was at work). The hot water heater/electricity issues persisted the entire 7 months I was living there but I was able to reset the breaker to get it to work some of the time. Otherwise, I had to go to friend's houses to shower. I had issues with the smoke detector constantly beeping the first weekend I was there and their fix (for three days) was to just simply unplug it. They send you a bill when you move out and send it by certified mail, charging you for the fee. They will then send you your deposit (I haven't received mine yet) and I'm assuming it'll be another $7 for the certified mail fee. I also just got another water bill from the month following the end of my lease. Needless to say, there are way too many things they need to work on before any one should ever consider living here.

Can not believe I have to write this review. The management (NOT OFFICE MANAGEMENT, the actual company that owns this property) is ridiculous. I have lived in the complex for only a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed and loved it however, in the leasing office have seen now six different employees come and go. I recently agreed to transfer units to a larger one and have everything all said and done to transfer on January 2nd. Come to get my keys and get everything finalized and there is no one working in the office. The former employee no longer works for this company and they one staff member they have running two properties (Mandilay on 4th which is right down the road) has not been heard from. How is this even possible that they have not a single leasing office employee working ON A DAY THAT IS LEGALLY DOCUMENTED FOR ME TO MOVE IN TO A UNIT!? Clearly the management company (Pacifica SD Mangement) has poor company values as to why they can’t keep their employees. Now I am sitting here, writing this review, waiting for a call back from cooperate to which I had to leave a voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous that I took time off work, spent my money to hire movers and do everything for this set day and now nobody is here to finalize this agreement.

I lived at Bridgewater an liked the location and community. The building archeteture is appealing but is behind on maintenance and is in need of some serious upkeep. The lack of upkeep is not apparent on a brief visit but it quickly became apparent during my first week. I was a great tenant in that I was only there for a few weeks per month, always paid rent on time and left my apartment in better condition than when I moved in. I left in December of 2016 and have yet to get my security deposit back after repeated calls and have been assured on several occasions that the check is in the mail. I would love to give this place a better review. Renter beware! Update - After many calls they finally provided my deposit minus the overnight mail fee. My opinion has not changed. This place has potential but the management and maintenance is lacking.
